Working at Everything Audio means joining a business that has grown through hard work, strong relationships, and a genuine passion for doing things properly. What started as a small, hands-on operation has evolved into a trusted audio visual installation, hire and service company working across the North East on a wide range of commercial, education, venue and live event projects.
We’re a small but dedicated team, which means everyone plays an important role. There’s real responsibility, real trust, and pride in the work we deliver. Our reputation has been built on reliability, technical knowledge, and looking after customers long after a job is finished — values that sit at the heart of everything we do.
Long-standing partnerships, including our close relationship with Phase One, allow us to offer more than just installation and servicing. With strong retail backing and access to trusted equipment and expertise, we’re able to properly support customers from supply through to install, maintenance and ongoing support. These partnerships, combined with our own experience and standards, help set us apart in the industry.
If you’re someone who takes pride in high-quality work, enjoys variety, and wants to be part of a team where effort is recognised and standards matter, Everything Audio offers a genuinely rewarding place to build your career.
We’re looking for a full-time Audio Visual Engineer to join the Everything Audio N.E. team, working on a wide range of professional AV installation, hire and service projects across the North East. Based from our Darlington office but expected to travel where necessary.

This can include working away from home with overnight stays in hotels where necessary. For larger installations, including projects in locations such as London, engineers are expected to stay on-site for the duration of the installation.
As with many roles in the audio visual and events industry, this position may also involve some late nights and occasional weekend work, depending on project requirements.
