Absolutely. We repair and service all brands and setups even if we did not carry out the original install. We would always encourage you to go back to your original installer if there is a warranty still standing, but we also appriciate that relationships can diminish and you need support, we are more than happy to help. 

Yes, we offer an emergency call out outside of office hours, we aim to attend all emergency calls within 2 hours from the point of call. This is subject to engineer availability, and we will always keep you fully informed when you place the call out. If for any reason we can not attend we will tell you straight away.  

We primarily cover the North east of England from our base in Darlington, that includes County Durham, North Yorkshire, Teesside and wider areas of the North East. We also travel nationwide for multi site customers and even board cruise ships across the world when required. 

Yes, all our engineers hold an enhanced DBS and follow our strict safegurding policy that can be found here.

We offer flexible response options to suit the urgency of your fault. Our 2-hour emergency call-out service is ideal for critical breakdowns and is the only option charged at a higher rate. Standard 24-hour, 48-hour, and 5-day call-outs are all billed at our standard service rate, giving you reliable support when you need it without hidden costs.
