  • Wednesday 24th - EMERGENCY CALL-OUTS ONLY
  • Christmas Day - CLOSED
  • Boxing Day -  EMERGENCY CALL-OUTS ONLY
  • Saturday 27th  - EMERGENCY CALL-OUTS ONLY
  • Sunday 28th- EMERGENCY CALL-OUTS ONLY
  • Monday 29th - USUAL OPENING TIMES
  • Tuesday 30th - USUAL OPENING TIMES 
  • NYE - EMERGENCY CALL OUTS-ONLY
  • NYD - EMERGENCY CALL-OUTS ONLY
  • Friday 2nd 2026 - BACK TO NORMAL HOURS

For emergency and out-of-hours please call

 We offer an emergency call-out outside of office hours, we aim to attend all emergency calls within 2 hours from the point of call. This is subject to engineer availability, and we will always keep you fully informed when you place the call out. If for any reason we can not attend we will tell you straight away.   


 If you require an engineer out-of-hours or in a business-critical emergency, please call us on 01325 605013. Do not email as all emails are picked up during normal office hours.
